We acquire, manage, and maintain high-quality rental properties while offering secure investment opportunities to our partners.
Welcome to Property Investment Professionals
Property Investment Professionals is a Minnesota-based real estate investment and management company led by founder and CEO Bob Blaisdell.
We acquire, operate, and maintain high-quality residential rental properties while offering strategic investment opportunities to our partners. With over 20 years of experience and a 12M portfolio spanning more than 25 properties and 60+ doors, our focus is simple: disciplined acquisitions, strong cash flow, minimal expenses, and long-term wealth creation.
Property Investment Professionals operates with an integrated maintenance team that supports our owned and managed properties. This allows us to respond quickly to repairs, control operating costs, perform preventative maintenance, and protect the long-term condition of our real estate portfolio.
Our maintenance capabilities include repairs, preventative maintenance, turnovers, improvements and larger renovation projects.
For investors seeking passive opportunities, our team provides the structure, systems, and strategy to help you move forward with confidence.Â
We can also provide the education, consultation, and mentorship to help you become an active investor yourself.
