Bob Blaisdell is the founder and CEO of Property Investment Professionals, a Minnesota-based real estate investment and management company.

With a background in Business Administration and Information Systems, Bob began his career in technology sales and leadership, where he developed strong expertise in strategy, operations, and performance-driven growth. While building his career in the tech industry, he began acquiring residential rental properties — applying disciplined underwriting, long-term buy-and-hold strategy, and operational oversight to grow a portfolio that now exceeds $10 million in value.

Since 2007, Bob has acquired and managed more than 25 properties, focusing on sustainable cash flow, asset preservation, and strategic expansion. His hands-on experience spans acquisitions, property management, renovations, capital partnerships, and portfolio scaling.

Today, Bob leads a vertically integrated operation that includes investment opportunities, in-house property management, and maintenance services. His focus is simple: responsible growth, operational excellence, and creating long-term value for partners and clients.
